I know Centrelink is flat out with all the floods happening around Australia - but I'm just wondering if anyone knows what is happening with the quarterly Childcare Rebate (the 50% back thing). Just trying to sort the budget as the money was allocated for stuff.

Bg posted a reply the other day but basically on the website it says they are paying from the 17th to the end of the month. We are waiting for ours too.

just found my centrelink log in details and looked to see when we'd be getting it (forgot I could do that!). We're getting ours on the 26th apparently.
the date that is listed on my login details - is that the date it goes IN my account or the day they transfer it (meaning I get it the following day)?
The day it goes in...Mine was listed as Tuesday the 25th of Jan (today) and it went in today.

just look at payment details Muffy - it will only show if it's been processed (so two days before it pays)
MG, the system is reading deposits for tomorrow but due to public holiday it probably won't go in until Thursday
