I just changed my 1 year old DDs nappy and there was quite a bit of blood in the nappy it wasnt from a tear or anything like that as it was comleatly through the poop. Not sure what to think her diet this week has been shocking (for her) with lots of bread and gluten products and she is gluten intolerant not sure its related though. She has also been of her food today.
If she is gluten intolerant and has been eating a lot of those sort of products, it will have upset her tummy greatly and will most likely be the cause of the blood.
These kind of problems run in my family and it's usually one of the first signs someone hasn't been eating right unfortunately :(
Get her back on the things she can eat and I'm sure she'll be fine hun :hug:
