Constipation in 10 month old
My almost 10 month old bub is getting constipated. She has 8 - 10 breastfeeds a day, and 3-4 overnight (recently cut down from 6). We are doing BLS and she is slowly getting food into her tummy. Prior to introducing solids she was a regular pooper (every day). THis has decreased and yesterday and overnight she had a sore tummy and her poos are quite dry.
She drinks water slowly and dribbles alot so most of her liquid is from breastmilk. She has heaps of BFs, although they are not as productive when she is distracted. Lately she has been eating apricots, pasta with tomato sauce (mainly just the sauce), snow peas, beans, dried fruit, cooked apple, toast.
Are any of these foods constipating? What can i add to her diet to help?
Thanks
