Independent post baby support in Milawa Victoria - does anyone know of this woman?

Hi,
Some time ago (eg at least 3 years ago) I read a newspaper article about a women who had moved to the country town of Milawa in Victoria. She might have been a midwife (or maybe maternal health nurse qualifications), but was specialising in providing private support post birth to mothers and babies. I've tried to do a bit of a google search but can not find any reference to her.

I'm trying to work out if we have a 2nd baby, what support I can get, and thought that this type of expertise could be great (and is also relatively local). Does anyone know of this person????
