centerlink help....

:hello: everyone....

so im a bit slack and and have just got around to doing the paper work for DD's baby bonus and the FTB....

so ive filled in the form, and now have gone online to register BUT everytime i get as far as setting up a password the dam web site crashes and says portal isnt availible :computer::computer::computer:

so im getting seriously peeved off now!

so what i want to know is can i just take my form and go into a centerlink branch and lodge it all there rather than f@rt @assing around trying to get the web site to work?

I think you can call up and lodge your application that way.

And i have had trouble also! My DP is getting a new job which is less money so we need to change our circumstances and i tried all afternoon yesterday and i get as far as submitting and it comes up with that exact message very frustrating!!!

you can take them to medicare too :) thats what I did

Yup I usually take any forms and stuff to medicare too....cos they are a family assistance office aswell...and much more convenient for me than my centrelink office
