Hmmm, I don't see why not. I'm sure I've done it but just at 180 for about 1 -1.5 hours (depending on the size of the chook). It's unlikely to dry out anyway with all that beer basting it :lol:
ETA: I just checked the net and a few sites suggest what I've said above :)
And right now we need a :drooling: smiley!
