Progesterone Pessaries - your dose and how often?

My first ever FET is on Saturday and I took my first progesterone pessary last night (Wednesday). My FS only has me on 1 x 100gm a day.

I was hoping I could compare regimes with some BB'ers as my understanding is the pessary only stays in the system for 12 hours. So if this is the case (and I'm not sure) then the BT the next morning would not be very accurate...

Anyone want to compare notes? I am thinking of raising it with my FS, but wanted to check this one out a little in case it is a stupid question.

Where there's hope, I would stress to much, your FS knows exactly what he/ shes doing. I know thats easy for me to say, right?!? I had numerous FETs and I was never on any progesterone pessaries, so perhaps that depends on your FS and clinic too. That said I was on them in a full stimulated cycle and I had 1 single pessary, once daily :)
Perhaps if the P4 only stays in the body for 12 hours and you have a blood after it is 'out' then they can see your natural level? Just a thought, I dont actually know. Absolutely ask your FS, they are there for that and it is by no means a stupid question! Its about your body and what they are doing to it :hug:

For my fets I've always been on 1 x 200g per day. Like lily dust has said, it depends on your clinic - some don't prescribe any at all. Good luck with your fet!

I ended up speaking to the clinic nurse and she said it was just a little boost, that's all. My level was nice and high this morning :D
