SoI'm filling out forms for After-school Care for DD1 and it says I need her CRN as well as my CRN for the CCR, how do I find out what it is?
THe school scretary said it should be on any letter I have from Centrelink, but I only get FTA&B so not sure if it would come up on those letters or not.
Should I go into CL and ask for it?
You can just call family assistance office. The crn is your customer reference number. It is about 9 numbers long and has a letter on the end.
Their number is 136150. They should be able to give your daughters to you over the phone

Yeah just give them a call on 13 61 50. They can tell you both numbers over the phone once you provide some I.D (address, D.O.B etc).
