Hi everyone...I have a few pregnancy books...one says in the second and third trimesters you should eat 300 extra cals a day...another book says 200 extra (it isnt much either way)...and yet another says you only need more in the last tri.
Just wondering have you been monitoring how much you are eating and eating a bit more?
I am definately hungry enough to eat more! :D Have been being pretty careful so far.
