Imse Vimse vs Mother Ease swim nappy

I'm just looking at swim nappies for Jack, and I'm tossing up between these two. But i have a couple of questions...

The Imse Vimse says that the inner is PUL. How does this go in the chlorine? And also how does it go irritation wise against bubs skin? has anyone had any problems with that? do they only have snaps on one side? And do they fill up with water (with the PUL holding it in) and drag bub down at all?

With the motherease... what is the mesh like? is it really stiff or softer? Do you think they'd contain NB poo?

I can only answer for Inse Visme - ds has been using his for about 16 months in the chlorine pool (only weekly at lessons and occassional pool as we dont have one) and have had no issues with the PUL, no irritations either and he does have sensitive skin. ALthough its PUL, its not stiff or plasticy if that makes sense, kinds like breathable, its not crunchy either. The snaps are only on one side which i find very handy. I havent noticed them filling up with enough water to pull him down although they must trap some in there cause when i take it off there is always a bit of a gush lol.
