I think it means that you turn up on time, are appropriately dressed and have a pleasant customer manner lol. So if you can provide examples that you have already done this it would prove "a positive and reliable work ethic"
If I'm wrong then I hope someone else can clarify for the both of us :)

what about this one for a diff application "a professional attitude and an ability to multi-task and priortise"
gee, I wish there was like a standard application for one type of job - surely all admin/reception positions can't really be that different!
