My baby was meant to be born today...

I am looking back today,wondering and sad thinking about my m/c in august. On the weekend i supported my mother while she gave birth to my sister, who should have been accompanied by my daughter, when we found out we were pg together, we thought that they were going to grow up together....being due only 10 days apart.
My baby was a little girl, i named her lily, and i wish she was here. This probably sounds bad because i am pg again, but the loss of her hurts me deeply still. She was a much loved, much wanted baby, and will always be the little girl i lost.
I will honor her today, and think of what might of been.

It is natural to want things to be different. I think most people who have a miscarriage are sad on their due date. I'm very sorry for your loss of your little girl Lily.

Thanks everybody :hug: My DF and i went to the cemetary where they scatter all the m/c babies ashes. It was nice. I've had quite a few good cries and feel a little better this arvo after a sleep. Thankyou for the hugs and your kind words xox

Hugs chick. Be kind to yourself, just because you are pregnant doesnt mean that you dont feel the pain of loosing your child. I found being pregnant just added to the list of emotions that i already felt.

Oh sweety, Im sorry today is so hard, even harder when your mum was due so close to your due date.

Huge hugs for you during this difficult time. It doesnt matter whether you are pg or not, you are entitled to feel sad and still mourn your little one that was lost.

Aww Yas hugs babe.... I have just had a mc but I think I will follow the progress of all the girls in the BB group I would have been in and mourn a little again when they are due. :(

I don't think that having a new baby on the way takes awy all the pain you have previously felt. I even saw a study on it today saying the birth of a new baby doesn't heal mums of a baby they have lost. So hugs babe and I hope that you have all the support you could possibly need and want
