Argh what am I supposed to do???

So Semester 1 at CDU started on the 28th. Ive been chasing them up about my credit application for the four units Ive already completed through UTAS for 3 weeks now and theyve had the application for 5+wks. I got an email last wednesday saying they needeed more information, information I had already given them :wall: So I sent off a disgruntled email with the same info again.

Fast forward one week to now, STILL NO FUGGING ANSWER! I hadnt even enrolled in my units because I have no idea how the credits will affect my study program. But Ive just done it because I cant stand the idea of being behind everyone else. Im starting to get really angry that they are taking so long to decide something simple enough to do.

This is not boding well for the next 5 years of my degree :shakehead:

Is there any way you can take the info to them direct and get an answer there and then. Surely admin should be able to sort this out for you

Yeah, i would certainly go and talk to them in person if you can. It may or may not help, but i think it can help some times if they put a face to a name when they get emails etc.
Uni's unfortunately from my experience are VERY unorganised, and take forever to get things done, particularly at the beginning of semester.

how incredibly frustrating ... I second the idea of taking it in, if at all possible, but just wanted to say - do not let these nuffty poo heads stop you from continuing your education!!!
