Pretty sure I'm being a worry wart but... re safe food
Hi everyone
I have been so careful with what I've eaten so far, probably too careful. But a friend of mine brought over cupcakes the other day from Michels Patisserie and I ate a couple.
The day after I started feeling really nauseas and still am. I am just wondering - with commercial cakes, is the icing ok to eat? I know it would be if it's straight butter icing, but I know some places use egg in their icing, and wonder if this could cause a problem. My gut feel is that it's fine and I'm just being silly but can anyone please confirm that for me??
