Cold EBM?
So, totally loving this expressing thing!
It is actually working this time, and Marley actually takes a bottle with no fuss (DD1 wouldn't have a bar of bottles).
So I was wondering, does your bub drink/like cold EBM? As in, straight out of the fridge?
DD had one the other day and she took it no worries at all (granted it was 40 degrees! lol) but it has got me thinking, is there a need to warm it at all? If DH were to give her a bottle overnight, then I would heat it, so help her keep the warm and fuzzy sleep feeling.
So, do you have to heat EBM?
Does you bubs mind if it is cold?
Just wondering what everyone;s experiences are. :)

I just let it go to room temp. So get it out of the fridge and just out it on the bench.

We did EE and I never heated Pie's bottles; she always had them room temp (although rarely fridge temp, she would drink them cold if she had to). Freshly expressed EBM will keep at room temp for a few hours; I used to take my last pump of the night up to bed with us & CBF bringing it down to heat it, she drank it as it was, no probs.

I never heated DS bottles, we travel a lot and didn't want to get 'caught out' with nowhere to heat it and have him screaming because it wasn't what he was used to!
He had it straight out of the fridge a couple of times, granted, like you mentioned, it was summer and HOT!!! but he didn't seem to mind at all! He is a greedy little munchkin though ;)
I never expressed for night feeds, I wonder if serving it cold would wake them up instead of get them sleeeeeepy x

Yep, my boys drank it however it came. Straight of the fridge was just fine with them - probably because they didn't have to wait for it!! That's great news for you that Marley is drinking EBM so well - it makes life so much easier!
