Yes it is perfectly safe unless you have any issues with you pregnancy, then you may need to talk to your dr.
As Lime said deffinately speak to your doctor but I excercised right up until 32 weeks of pregnancy with my last - my Ob just advised me to make sure my heart rate didn't go over 140bpm.
Gotta love the cross trainer. As long as you have been exercising regularly, you're perfectly ok to keep going while pregnant. Be more cautious and speak to your doctor if you plan on starting an exercise program.
