well along with my constipation i have avery tender tailbone. I am a receptionist so is it down most of the days, and getting up and down is painful. It really hurt my tail bone, even when i try to push on the toilet this same bone hurts.
Does any body else have the same problem or similar? :help:
Ooh yes! I couldn't sit down for a couple of days and had to buy one of those special pillows (with the tailbone area cut out) so that I could sit down. I can only think it was preg hormone relaxin working overtime coupled with bad posture from me. I went to the doc it was so painful!
Get a pillow, can't recommend it enough!

I think she means a donut pillow, can purchase them from medical aids, chemists even some department stores sell them

Yeah I had this on and off for years, I fell on my tailbone a few times and occasionally it would act up for a few days and be really tender.
Since I had Emily I have not had one day of trouble with it! Maybe the birth corrected it, I don't know, but it seems to be ok now. So weird.
