What should I be looking for in a childcare

I am wanting to enroll my twins in childcare next year that has a 3year old kinder program incorporated in it. As I am new to all this I need so advice on what to look for and ask? Anyone that lives in the hillside (melb) area that has any recommendations would be great too!
