Dentists suck!

I went to the dentist today :doh:
I had 4 fillings at a cost of $131 each :o
Thank goodness for private health because it only cost $148 all up
I feel sorry for ppl without private health no wonder there is so many ppl with bad teeth around.
I was in the chair for less than 40 minutes and :o:o the needles hurt.
The nurse driving the suction thingy wasn't doing the best job either.
They were all my front teeth my whole face was numb for hours I had to go to the shops being all paraniod I was dribbling :redface:

I know if I went to the dentist more over the last 10ish years I probably wouldnt be in this situation but no wonder ppl don't like the dentist it hurts and cost heaps.

On the plus side my front teeth look brand new again :dance: so I guess it wasn't all bad I just need a whinge

You know it's funny as a kid I had my four front teeth removed and then at 16 I had 3 molars removed for braces and I used to say oh dentists aren't that bad but last yr my tooth cracked in half and I swear this dentist was a frigin butcher!! I swore I'd never go again lol
And yes they are very expensive!

I feel your pain. In the last 3 weeks I have given the dentist $500.

I seriously need to make an appt and go as its been :hide::hide: 5 years since I had a check up, longer for DH. Just the other day I said we have to make appt to go as need to start taking DS1.

They are so $$$ its crazy.

I need to get my wisdom teeth done.
Sooo scared tho!!
