Brakes

We have had our car serviced and have been informed we need to have the brakes done. It's a 2000 Ford Mondeo Ghia.
We need the discs and pads for both front and rear. The quotes so far have been $800-900 :o These are from Kmart Auto and Brakes Plus.

We also need the timing belt and suspension bushes (whatever they are :lol: ) changed as well at some stage.

Does anyone know of a mechanic in Melbournes West who may be able to do a cheaper price?
We have been told we would aslo have to leave the car for 1/2 to a full day.
