3am-5am

What causes my 14m DD to wake between the hours of 3 and 5?
She used to sleep 7pm-7am....
What is going on?

I would say it's when the the night/morning drops to it's lowest temp. She may feel the cold as she moves through her sleep cycle. The weather here in VIC has started to get cooler in the early hours think last night was 13.

Still trying to work out what to do as we are struggling with DS2 and he won't have extra blankets as he likes to turn over and move, he's in a 2.5tog sleeping bag. We are going to look for a heater that we can set at a particular temp for his room and see if that helps. So when the temp drops in the wee hours it's not party time but nice and cosy sleep time.

Bumping this up.....
I have added extra layers and her room was temperature controlled by the ducted heating...
She isn't cold.
What else could it be?
She used to be a perfect sleeper :cry:

DS usually wakes at least once in the night no explination just does

hes almost 2 but usually depending on how bad he usually just takes a dummy and goes back to sleep sometimes he needs a cuddle
if she is waking foor food maybe some water in a sippy cup it might discourage her to wake up that wat we did but sometimes he will still want milk as annoying and painful as it is i usually give in im a sucker lol

She isn't hungry- she will go straight back to sleep in my bed- but is so restless that it's uncomfortable!
