Throat Lozenges .. Are they safe?

SoooOoOOoOOo I've got a SORE throat, starting to hurt to swallow other than gargling my mouth with warm salt water is it safe to use throat lozenges?

I read the menthol was not recommended during pregnancy?

I don't go overboard with them, but I use them if I have to. I try to get the lemon honey ones rather than the menthol if I can and I stay away from the medicated ones like Strepsils.

I was going to avoid strepsils or anything with a medicated ingredient. DH used up all the eucalyptus lollies LOL so i couldnt have one of those!
