new here and pregnant with number 8

Im new to this forum and pregnant with baby number 8. i am very excited but dont wnat to announce n real life yet.

hannanat...I wasnt expecting to find anyone having their 8th child. that is great. i have only just found out im pregnant so not due till december. im actually quite excited. i dont think anyone else will be though

That sounds like me. I've told my dad that I am pregnant and my mum that I might be - both were less than impressed. It makes me sad that only my husband and I and our other kids will be very excited about this pregnancy. This baby deserves to be loved and welcomed as much as if it were my first.

I'm due in December too - we have a belly buddy group for women who are due in the beginning of December HERE if you'd like to join it.

How old are your other children?

Mine are 14, 12, 10, 9, 8, 7 and 4. Two girls and five boys.

Hannanat - Congratulations also! Its sad when others can't be happy for you. I got things said to me when i was pregnant with my first.. :rolleyes: some people just have to ruin other peoples happiness.

Welcome country mummy and congrats on #8. We are having #6 and have had the same response as you - very lack lustre lol. We are excited about bubs though and that is all that matters. Hope you have a H&H pregnancy

Congratulations on number 8! I take my hat off to you although I don't know why I say that now I know how annoying those comments can be since being pregnant with the twins!
