Alannah turned 7 months last Tuesday and that was our very last breastfeed...my very last EVER breastfeed. I will never breastfeed again and I am totally heartbroken.
I think I am mourning the end of a 'stage'.
Has anyone else felt like this?

yep :( DD weaned a few weeks ago and i hate knowing that i will never BF again :(

Yup, my ds2 weaned unexpectly when we had some family stuff going on and I had to be out of the house early in the am and wasn't back until after bedtime for almost a week.
I hate that he weaned, I hate that the choice wasn't mine or his but circumstances.
I miss it, I miss looking at him while he was feeding, I miss the milky grin I'd get halfway through when he looked up at me.
I'm sad knowing he was my last baby and I didn't get to cherish that last feed coz I didn't know it was the last.
