Is all I have of you, 5yrs tomorrow you were born way too early and way to beautiful. For such a little man you changed our lives, even though I want nothing more than to hold you again I am so blessed to have carried and birthed you. You are part of me and your precious memories are held in my heart forever. Love you so much my beautiful Emmanuel xxxx.

Every year we release balloons so we will do that this afternoon when the kids return from school. I've just been through his memory box, makes me feel close to him.
