Bread maker / Gluten free bread - advice please!
My lovely husband just made me our first loaf of bread in our new bread maker. It was from a premix called "the real bread mix" and compared to all the other gluten free breads I have eaten in the last 3 months (since my coeliac diagnosis) it was awesome! we used manual settings from recommendations I found on the net but it still seemed a bit doughy??? I'm not sure if I should cook at a higher temp or for longer? We cooked it for 70 minutes at 147 degrees. I know gf bread is a bit doughy anyway...any advice???
