Help please TT DS, don't know what to do!

DS is 2 and half, has never shown any interest in TT, we bought a potty a while back and its just been hanging around so he gets used to it.
He did have a full on aversion to it at one stage, but he got past that by seeing mummy sit on it LOL.
anyway, this past few weeks he has been taking off his pants and his nappy, I can not keep him in a nappy. disposable, cloth, doesnt matter, he will not keep it on.
This week in particular, he just wont keep his pants on. The last day and a half or so I have explained to him that if he doesnt want t wear a nappy he needs to wee in the potty, he walks over to the potty and pretends to do a wee (standing up)
but then when he needs to go, he will run to the lino in the kitchen or stand at the back door and let loose, weeing all over the floor or concrete :shakehead:
I havent been getting upset with him, just saying "next time, lets use the potty" he shakes his head and says "nuhuh" :rolleyes:
What do I do? where do I go from here?
I tried putting him in jocks this morning but he wet through those and his trackies in minutes, I dont think he has the cncept of taking them off to do wees.
any ideas or suggestions are very welcome.

Do you have a lemon tree? My kids love weeing on the lemon tree. We call them a 'nature' wee :lol: It may be a start?
If he wants to stand, you could try a wee man.
The first day of jocks on is usually the worst, I remember going through 6 or the 7 changes of clothes.

DS1 is nearly 3 and only recently getting fasinated with toilet. He puts his seat on climbs up and sits for a few seconds then gets down closes lid climbs up to flush and wants to wash hands.
He says poo or yucky. But so far has done nothing on toilet or potty.

I am not pushing the fact figure he will get there eventually he doesnt seem to get concept of wee's yet.

I did a 3-day intensive potty training weekend with both my girls :)
We would set a timer for every 25-30mins, and when it would go off it would be "potty time!!!" make a huge deal, make a potty song etc, and they sit on there. If something actually comes out you have a party and give them a reward. For us it was a sticker chart. Poos got two big stickers, Wees got one. Sitting on the potty got one little sticker.
Both my girls got the hang of it really quickly - I just found that you have to be really consistent - and have the potty handy, like in the lounge.
