Not sure where to post.
I am 47 and still wanting one more baby. My youngest was 2 just 3 weeks ago. Since his birth I have had 3 miscarriages two of which were twins. My charts show my temps are no longer going up enough to indicate a healthy O and some cycles seem shorter. At the moment I am cd22 and I was at 36.5 for about 4 days ad today dipped down to 36.2 with cramps.
I take Vitex 1000mg each day to help my moods.
Is there anyone else out there looking like being in the start of menopause and hating the fact the choice has been taken away now :(
It makes me miss not only all the chances I had with the miscarriages but I lost a little girl to stillbirth and it just stil hurts so much. even after 9 years.
so my problem is looking menopausal when I still want one more baby but can't.
thanks in advance

Hun, i couldnt read and not post.. Your right though the choice being taken away really does suck and expecially when you feel you have alot more love to give.
I have no advice but just wanted to say i hope that you can get one more in before the clock chimes out.. Have you thought of seeing a fertility specialist? or even trying to see if there is any remedies etc to postpone the onset of the menopause?

I'm so sorry... Have you considered IVF? Read up about it, it may give you more of a chance!
You may not be menopausal. My mother (52) was really suffering recently, thinking she was going through menopause. She had tests done to show she still had a long time to go until menopause hits. I'm praying you still have a while to go. Ask your GP about these hormone level tests!

Thanks girls. I did see our only RE here in Hobart and he is lovely but sadly I am over the age for their clinic. 44 is the cut off age. That is Tas IVF and Sydney IVF who do have some drs in Hoabrt are way too expensive for us to even consider even if we did fall in their age groups.
So no, tis au naturale or not at all.
