intense butt pains

Hey i have these crazy butt pains (it feels like it did when i was pushing DS just not as full on lol) they arnt ALL the time just every now and then and just incase it was me being constipated ive been adding benefiber into my teas.

but has anyone else experianced this? and what was it from?

I've had it a couple of times lately too but not painful or intense. Not sure what it is? I figure it's normal :lol:

i figured that to i thought if it gets worse i might give the midwifes a call and see what they say otherwise ill just leave it till my next appointment which is monday anyway :)

yeah go with your gut instinct, if it doesnt feel right then I'd ring them and get it checked out.... but it is most probably normal :D pressure from the weight of the baby and its position etc.... could it be posterior perhaps?
