Where can I find info on BLS?

Hi everyone,
Just wondering if you can pls point me in the direction of where to find info on BLS, I know nothing about it.

If you google 'Gill Rapley' that will get you pointed in the right direction :)

I will also be back to post a link to a BB thread (just having a bit of trouble finding it)
