Hi there!!
Is there any way that I can cook my french lamb cutlets in the slow cooker??? I normally just do them in the oven but thought that they'd be tender in a slow cooker!
Any ideas/recipes would be greatly appreciated!! :)

i wouldn't put them in the slow cooker. They are the most tender part of the lamb and don't need slow cooking. The slow cooker will make tough meats tender but i prefer to cook the better quality meats in the oven, stovetop or BBQ.. It seems like a bit of a waste putting a lamb cutlet in the slow cooker. :)
But if you really want to, then you could just use any recipe that called for lamb and use the cutlets.
Yum.
I'm with JM. I'd do them in the oven.
Good point JM!!
I'll just do them in the oven :) Might spice up my standard recipe a bit more tho!!
:D Or you could find a new one? Maybe a crusted one? I've seen a few of those around....
I want a lamb rack now!
