I tested on CD32 and STILL BFN. Has anyone managed to get a BFP so late, or were they all early ones.

Were you charting? any idea when you ovulated? and do you usually have long or irregular cycles?
From what I've read, people with long/irregular cycles usually still ovulate the same number of days before AF (if they ovulate at all). So its much more about DPO (days post ovulation) than CD.
If you havent yet, check out fertilityfriend.com - you can do a search for long cycles on their chart gallery and see all the long cycles with nice BFPs at the end!
The only time it happened to me - BFNs all the way until 19 days pas ovulation, BFP on day 20 past ovulation, which was cd 38 I think - it turned out ectopic. When I got the BTs, the hcg was very low for 5 weeks and was growing abnormally slowly, so pretty much from the start we knew that it is not normal pregnancy.
The hpt will detect pregnancy about 2 days after implanation, and this happens somewhere between day 6 and 11th past ovulation, so there is a big range. Also, I do not know about you of course, but for me, ovulation sometimes came on day 13 and sometimes on day 21, depending on which ovary produced the egg. If you are not sure of your ovulation, it is hard to tell if the test should be positive or not.
Yep, me! When we were ttc with DD, my cycles were all over the place. I remember testing on CD 28 & BFN & didn't get a + until like CD 35 or 36. I obviously O late in my cycle!
