Just wondering if somebody can point me in the right direction, I have looked at Big W, K-mart, Target & Best and Less, but I cant find any little knickers smaller then a size 2/3. And they just hang off DD!! Surely they make smaller ones somewhere!!! And body have any ideas?

They dont make them any smaller, though I have a few training pants in 0000 or some tiny size.... but could never find size 1 when looking for ds. had to wait til he fit the size 2 which is only just now fitting him...
I never found any but found the rio monkeybar knickers have a nice tight elastic and are more of a short dd1 has no bum and they fit well :)

I got some from Pumpkin Patch, they had size 1 and they are nice and small.
My 2.5yr old is 10kg and they fit her.
they are a little more expensive though....I think it was 5 pack $20.
Yeah pumpkin patch is the only place I've found
I third pumpkin patch as well, but they don't carry many so you may have to try a few stores or go to pp online to get them.
4th the pumpkin patch ones, seem to be the smallest on the market that I could find

never tried the pumpkin patch 0ones, but the rio brand from BigW are a tight fit, DD1 has them and another brand the sme size and the others are so huge and the rios fit well....good price too!!
Thanks for the replies ladies :) we dont have a Pumkin Patch down where I live so I will have to go for a drive or buy online. I ended up getting afew cheap pairs from Best & Less today, they were huge lol but DD liked wearing them, I had to take them off tho they looked hilarious!
Seems a bit silly no were stocking smaller undies, I know most kids arent TT till mabey 2+ but there skinny kids out there, and they need knickers too! lol
I know Jennie, it's a big problem when you have a skinny kid or one with no bum like my DS LOL
What about training pants? Franklins have size 0 and size 1 training pants around here (thicker cotton with a terry crotch).
ETA I have found Best & Less knickers are larger than other brands for Nat. The target ones seem to be our most snug-fitting ones. (But they are 2-3 in size.)

DD has no bum at all lol, I dont think shes skinny, shes 12.5kg and 81cm tall, so shes a bit chubby still, she just has no bum!
Target had some in the baby section not long ago. Right down to 00. I think they were probably designed for over nappy but look like normal undies to me!
there are tiny knickers made for babies whose parents use the Elimination Communication method (instead of nappies, in effect, it's toilet training from the beginning, or early on).
i toilet trained my child when she was two, and as she was a very small two, the size 2-3 knickers in the usual shops, didn't fit her either. so i also went searching for smaller than usual, knickers.
i think the site i found most options on was tribalbaby (it's an australian EC site, with links for products, such as tiny knickers).
if you sew, Noonee Wilga's site has a pattern for sale, for making tiny knickers. Or she will make you custom tiny knickers - you just send the measurements of your child.
Training pants? They are underwear, with sew in absorbency - enough to absorb one wee.
The first time i heard about tiny knickers, was when i was pregnant, when to a meetup of mums, and met a seven month old bub, who was wearing knickers, and keeping dry (we were at that playground for three hours, each time she wanted to go, she signalled to her mum). Her mother was using the Elimination Communication method. Had never heard of it before.
Elimination Communication was not something i ended up doing, but i read that tribal baby site, and it gave me lots of tips, to toilet train my child (at two and a half).
Maybe have a look on ebay???
Do Bonds still do those over nappy shorts? They come in a 1 and smaller.
I finally got some over the weekend, from Pumkin Patch tho I got a size 2-3 there and they were teeny tiny!!! (sizing sucks) was totally put out that I had to pay $20 for 5 little pairs of knickers! But ohh well, we have some now! She loves wearing them :) but its a fairly long walk from the living area to the toilet, and sometimes shes not making it in time. So I was thinking of getting a potty, but would that just confuse her? I need all the help I can get!!
Gigi - Ive never heard of the Eliminaton Communication, good on the parents who do it! It must be hard!
