Fever after 4 month vaccination

DD had her 4 month vaccination today and she now has a fever of 38.5 degrees C apart from panadol can i do any thing to help her :(

I'd not give her panadol as it is actually contradicted against the body's immune response to the vaccination so to give panadol can reduce this response. Personally I preferred to give a tepid bath and put a wet cloth on their foreheads and let their body do their thing.

Thanks I hadn't given her any panadol yet, I tried the bath and put some cooler clothes on and she seems to be looking a bit better. It's just so hard seeing her so misrable :(
