1-6 weeks depends how well it has been sealed
Air pockets are not good
Dps a butcher and he said it will be alright, if it chryovaced sp? properly it will last about 2 weeks. Just look out for air pockets, is it in the coldest part of the fridge?
If it had air pockets would it be ok? I think it mgiht have had an air pocket, there was a part where the marinade pooled. It smelt ok to me :dunno:
It was at the bottom of the fridge, it's an upside down fridge and it was on top of the vegie crisper.
Where I used to work we had chryovaced meat but we always used it within a week.
