Just checking this isn't anything to worry about!

Just wanted to ask - being cautious more than anything...

I just had DD sleeping on while I was at the computer. She was sleeping with her face smooshed into my chest which she often does. When she moved (still asleep) I noticed that she had had a blood nose (blood had pretty well dried). Would she have just overheated, is that why? It definitely came from her nose, and she doesn't seem bothered at all - she's still fast asleep, even after me disturbing her by wiping the blood off her face.

Is this the first time? Should be OK, I think Liebs had a couple for no reason as a baby. But if it happens regularly or if she's bothered then you should get it checked out.
