5th birthday girl presents and parties

Okay, so DD's 5th birthday is coming up in September and I am stumped...

1. On the present, will probably spend around $100 on her present, does anyone have any good ideas for this.

2. She had a fairy party last year, has anyone been to any good birthday parties lately, I would prefer to have it off-site if possible.

My gf hired a 'Barbie' impersonator one year. Barbie come all dressed up & had an Amercian ancent. She bought a treasure chest with games and a book to read in it. I can't remember whatelse she did, but the kids loved her.

Present wise - depends what your DD is into.....
