Probiotics

Can someone please recommend a good probiotic that is either in tablet form or doesnt taste disgusting? I'm currently taking Fast Tract but it's pretty expensive. I've tried moving to enliven but cant stand the taste. I've tried hiding it in juice, cordial but it doesnt work.

I'd like to try something different but if nothing else is as good, I may just suck it up and go back to enliven. I need something that's gluten free.

Inner Health Plus? Tablet form in the fridge at a lot of pharmacies here in WA but I'm sure it's available nation wide. Yes?

We've used the tablets for ourselves and the powder form for DD :)

I take Inner Health Plus capsules. They come in dairy free, no idea about GF though, sorry.

I have taken swisse before, which was good (not sure about gf though). I currently take orthoplex which is a practitioner only type...it is stronger than OTC pharmacy ones and I excellent. It actually doesn't say if it's gluten free, but I am on a gluten free diet so I can't imagine my naturopath would give me a tablet with gluten.
