Share Your Favourite Low Carb and/or Low GI Recipe!
I love carbs. Love 'em. But simple carbs - and probably one or two complex ones - don't agree with me. By "don't agree with me" I mean they make my insulin levels rise and it is all stored as fat. I know this is very common as it effects pretty much all women with PCOS and associated hormonal disorders.
Anyway, I thought I would start a thread which hopefully will be filled with delicious, low carb and/or low GI recipes so we can all keep eating yummy stuff which is much healthier and easier for our bodies to process :)
Oh yeah, it would be good if they were low in saturated or trans fats too!
