family holiday in Oz or o/s...need ideas

so i might be scrapping my US holiday with DH and planning a family one instead.
We're looking at somewhere here (QLD/islands) or o/s (fiji) definatly not asia atm...
we would want a great kids club, babysitting service etc...
under 10k, is it possible?

We went to paradise resort on the gold coast, they have a great kids club and the rooms are set up really well for kids. They often have specials too.

I've never been but the coconuts resort in cairns which is part of the BIG4 looks pretty awesome

There's a website called byokids which gives lists of family friendly resorts and accommodation in which kids stay play and eat free. That might help you :)
