For those with swollen feet!

ive had swollen feet for the past month or so, it looked like i had elephantitis!
my bosses wife told me to get some lectric soda crystals (found in the isle where washing powder is at the supermarket)
i put some in my socks, wrapped in glad wrap and wore them to bed - very messy
i soaked my feet in a foot spa

I HAVE MY ANKLES BACK!! IT REALLY WORKS!!

ladies go and get some :D

So glad you found some relief! I spent months when pg with DD wearing thongs with massive play doh feet and nothing I tried helped! Keep your feet up above your hips as much as you can if they are bad too!
