Okay, so like everyone else at the moment I have a rotten cold. I am just starting my two week wait. My question is, should I take a codral cold and flu tablet??? What would you do?

Honestly, I would take it. I would consider having a temp etc worse for me than the risk of taking a single dose of codral. I wouldn't take it any more than once, but I would to get me through the worst of it. HOpefully you will feel better before long anyway.
And goodluck with your 2WW
Personally I wouldn't but I guess it comes down to what you're comfortable with. Have you tried panadol?
Yep, for sure. I continued with any normal medications and activities (ie drinking wine ) until I got my BFP on both occassions. I think for me it's almost a mind game with myself though - if I err on the side of caution, I won't get my BFP but if I go about my normal daily activities, I'll end up UTD! A bit stupid, I know, but I just refused to get too bogged down in the TWW. That said, it's a personal thing and you've got to feel comfortable with your decision.
I had terrible sinusitis when I was in the TWW with this baby and was on an array of nasal sprays plus antibiotics. Panadol wouldn't have touched the sides, it was hell. I've since had two more bouts of it (the latest one just last week) and I'm back on the nasal sprays. They were approved by my GP though.
Good luck in the TWW. I'm officially stalking you now :D
I never did on the tww, panadol will reduce any fever, I figure if it's not safe while pregnant or bfing it's not worth the stress of worrying.
Thanks everyone. I caved - I took it today as I felt like crap and had heaps to do :(
Hope you're feeling better
