Breech and Trandsverse babies - When do you start to worry???

So my baby is till moving around alot, generally from breech to transverse and back again. I am 32 weeks, but this is baby number 4, and bubs has ALOT of room to move around in there. I am not worried and believe she will move in her own time (baby number 2 didn't turn until between 32 and 34 weeks). My OB isn't worried yet either, as my last baby was very large (4.3kg when born) and he said that because of my previous pregnencies my uterus has been 'stretched out' (for lack of a better term.

So when should I start to worry???

I have looked up the 'spinning babies website, and what did get me concerned was that they had a bit on there about how if there is too much room for bubs to move, that she may not be able to stay heads down. I had never heard this before, but it kind of makes sense.

So does anyone know when the healthcare professionals generally start to get concerned about bubs position when it is pregnancy number 4 and bubs does have ALOT of room to move?

Both my 3rd and 4th babies didn't turn until after 37 weeks (but before my 38 week appointment I think from memory)

I had a lot of room in there cos DD1 was my biggest baby at nearly 4kg so she stretched it for the others to follow.. lol

My midwife wasn't concerned unless I got to my 38 week appointment and they were still head up.

DS1 turned head down at 34 weeks and stayed that way but this one went from head down to breech at 35 weeks and then last week (36 weeks) he was back to head down! I'm worried! My OB will check him this week and if he's breech again, he will attempt to turn him by doing an External Cephalic Version which I'm not looking forward to but would prefer over a cesarean! I think it's hoped they're head down by 38 weeks in most cases?

I am 31 weeks and bub is breech - my OB said he would not be concerned until I reach 34 weeks as only 3% of babies are not in position at full term. He wouldn't even discuss options with he was that sure she would turn around. Hope you have some luck and little one cooperates and you get the birth you want.

I am 36.5 weeks and my baby is moving all over the place. She is generally head down, but spends a bit of time transverse and flips from posterior to anterior whenever she feels like it. My midwife isn't concerned yet since she moves so frequently so she obviously isn't getting stuck in any particular position.

I'm 35 weeks and this bub has just turned head down and I'm also worried he might decide to flip again. I'm waiting until my appointment on Monday to see if he's still head down and if yes, then I'll relax. In the meantime, I honestly believe the RLT tablets are helping me out by getting my uterus ready and hopefully that is reminding bub to do his part too.

I'm sure different care givers are different but my ob said she didn't put much thought into the position until about 36 weeks. This was for a first baby who alternated between head up and head down for each appointment.
