First camping trip!
Wheeeee!
I'm so excited! I love going on camping trips with my Dad, and in September I'm taking DS along for his first trip out bush!
Does anyone have any tips? I think I've got a pretty good list of what I'll need, but I'm sure there are a few things I wouldn't have thought of.
I can't wait!

Do you have a little camping chair? When we first went bush with the boys thay sat on big chairs and they toppled back. We bought really cheap little kids camping chairs and they LOVE sitting in them and it makes it easier around the fire, as they know they have to sit in their chairs.

It's the best! We took DD when she was around 20 months old. She slept in the portacot in the tent and I took toys that she'd never seen before - like a cheap etcha sketch thing that she scribbled on, plus a couple of familiar favourites. When we went for the first time, I started a thread and in the first post is a list of "must haves". Here's the link to that https://www.bellybelly.com.au/forums...thread-144245/
The best thing I took for her were a pair of parachute style pants that I could put over her tracksuit bottoms, and a pair of gumboots. It rained 50mm the first weekend we went, so there was stacks of mud! Have fun!
