Needing answers

Hi everyone,

I'm having a few issues at the moment and just trying to figure out might be happening with my supposed pregnancy..

So Af was due on the 16th, and I always have had a pretty regular cycle, I tested on the 13th and got a faint positive, then the 15th, faint positive, and I tested again yesterday the 18th and still only a faint positive! I assume that if it were a real pregnancy then the tests would get darker?
I have got positives on clear blue, first response as well as a few ebay tests (although some of the ebay ones were negative)

Soo.. af is still not here, I hate doctors so am not prepared to go get a blood test just yet.

I've been reading into chemical pregnancies, I didn't fully understand them till a few days ago, so I am pretty sure I had one of them a few months ago as a similar thing happened. Although the tests went negative a few days after the positves.

Has anybody else ever had a similar experience?

My HPTs took a good 2 weeks to really darken up (i got my first BFP at 12 DPO)...so maybe it is just a matter of time, especially as AF was only due a couple of days ago :hug: i know the stress is overwhelming at times xx

sorry hun i have never got a positive so i can't relate. but my body does often trick me with what i think are pg symptoms.
hope you get an answer soon.

I've had four chemical pregnancies over the last few months and each time I've had hpts that get lighter over the course of a few days until I start getting BFNs. Its usually a few days after that that I get bleeding.

I really hope that yours is just taking a bit of time for the levels to build, and you'll get two beautiful dark lines soon.

I took a copld of tests with our DD & they didn't get really much darker, you could almost say they were the same. GL

I know you don't want to go to the doc, but they'd be able to give you some answers with a blood test. :hug:

:hug: Sadly this has happened to me and then one day I started to bleed, I had an early loss. I hope that your lines start to get darker and that everything is ok xx
