Travelling with 8mo to Tassie

My wonderful FIL has bought us a trip to Tasmania for our honeymoon.

We leave Melbourne on a Thursday at 7.30pm and get to Devonport on Friday morning at 6am.
Then we leave Thursday at 7.30pm and get to Melbourne at 6am.

So, basically its a week in Tasmania.
What exactly will we need to take for DD?

How cold will it be in Tas in 3/4 weeks?

I'm starting a list for DD and need some help...

We're taking the portacot, and her medications. Nappies.

I'm just not sure how many outfits to take and I just don't want to forget anything.

At the moment its still coolish down here so DD3 (5 months) wears bonds suits a lot, during the day she will have pants and jumper over the top. At night she sleeps with me so just the bonds suit and singlet.

I'd take an outfit for every day and a spare one too.

Depends on where you are staying, but most places will supply a port-a-cot for you - one less thing to fit in.
