home ovulation tests and PCOS???

so ppl are telling me that if i have PCOS then home ovulation tests are pointless coz it will always say positive

i did one monday and it was positive i did one today and it was negative.......so does this mean i dont have PCOS???

Or does it mean that it is not affecting my ovulation and its fine???

not sure i dont want to get my hopes up that i might FINALLY be pregnant.....

i am more spewing that ic ant start taking cholimd till my period but i never got it when i was supposed to then i ovulated (according to tests) so this one will be left to chance not fertility drugs

Pcos sufferers have hormones that are all over the shop. LH, which is the hormone that spikes before ovulation, may be present at other points in the cycle, but not necessarily all the time. It makes it highly likely you will get false positives on an ovulation test.
