So bloated!!
Is anyone else getting really bloated to the point where it's very uncomfortable?
I don't recall having this problem with my first pregnancy.
Some days are not too bad, others are just ridiculous and I feel like my tummy is going to explode!
Does anyone have any suggestions for easing this discomfort?
Thanks
Fi

OMG OMG Did I even know you were pg?!? I can't remember but congrats hun! :D
I'm feeling like that too - there's times where I feel so damn bloated it feels like I'm going to fall forwards :p
The only thing I can suggest would be avoiding foods that make you feel like that - For example, I find that if I eat say a cheeseburger from McDonalds, I'll feel more bloated that day than if I would eat a piece of fruit or something.
Sorry I'm not much help but hope I could in a way

Oh yeah, I don't miss that! I was pretty much out of my normal clothes by 3month along beucase my bloating was terrible, and really uncomfortable all the time. Nothing helped it really, I know how you feel and hope it goes away soon.

Yep I am getting the same thing! Not fun hey?
Sent from my iPod touch - sorry for any mistakes!

Thanks girls, I'm so glad I'm not the only one! It's so horrible!! I just bought myself some of that yoghurt that is supposed to help with digestive discomfort, bloating etc although I'm not sure if it will help.... we'll see!
Thanks Liz and congrats to you too  we are almost in the same bellybuddy group again! I haven't been on here too much, not so much time these days with a toddler to run around after!!

Hahaha yeah almost! I've got a friend who's little boy is 2 days older than DS and she's pregnant again and due 12 weeks after me, so it seems that most of the ladies that was pg around same time as me are again :D
Hope that yogurt works, I've found that yogurt is good to have, not just for being healthy, but for less bloating

ME!
I am so bloated all of the time! I am trying not to eat salt foods and drink plenty of water but nothing is helping. I am SO uncomfortable too! My husband even asked the doctor if we were having twins. our Doc just said don't worry it's bloating and gas... I actually asked if I could explode from it!

My bloating was worse in my first pregnancy but I still have painful episodes this time round. I swear by De-Gas tablets which give me almost instant relief. They are peppermint oil tablets (all natural so perfectly safe) and you can buy them in the medicine section at most supermarkets. Peppermint tea also helps :D

Thanks girls, it really does suck doesn't it? I hope it eases as the pregnancy goes on but perhaps that is just wishful thinking??
Taurean - thanks for the tip on De-Gas I never even thought of that! I'm so used to everything being a no-no for pregnant women!
