i was told in a reading recently that i recieve messages in my dreams. she said to make a journal of my dreams, but i dont really have the time or energy to do that. i am wondering what kind of messages i am getting, who are they from and whats the point if i dont understand them or know which dreams are the message dreams?
You wont really know until you start to make some notes of them, that way you might be able to spot a pattern.
For me there are 2 types of dreams that I need to take notice of. 1) Where I am telling someone about something that has just happened, and 2) where I see an actual scene (bit like deja vu). They are the ones I have noticed a pattern with.
The other way is to just not think about it. You may then wake one morning and "feel" there was something important about the dream you just had.
