Frozen Yoghurt
OMG, I've only just discovered this forum I love baking, and sell cakes and cupcakes to family and friends and others for events.
But I degress, I got the urge to make some Frozen Yoghurt today becuase it is so nice and easy, and YUM as the weather warms up!
Here is the recipie I use it is super easy :) Hope you like it!
500g Fruit - I genearly use strawberries or mangos. Make sure they are a bit over ripe so they taste and smell nice and strong. I often add 1 ripe banana too just to add a little extra to it.
1kg Tub Greek Style Yoghurt Plain - I use full fat becuase it gives a nice creamy taste and texture.
400g Tub Skim Sweetened Condensed Milk - I use the skim variety beucase I find full fat add nothing much taste wise
Wash your fruit well.
Mush half of it into a pulp. I hate washing up so I use a fork (this is why it being over ripe helps) but you can use a stick blender or food processor if you wish.
Cut the other half into smallish chunks.
Mix Yoghurt and Condensed Milk in a Bowl.
Add pulped fruit and chopped fruit and mix well.
Transfer to a Metal Loaf Tin (or anything really) and cover with plastic wrap.
Freeze overnight.
Enjoy!

It is super easy and super tasty :) Even my DH who really dosent like fruit (I often ask him what is wrong with him LOL) Loves this. It isn't overly sweet either.
You will get some ice crystals in it, and you can churn it if you want to during the freezing process to get them out, but they aren't big and dont bother me at all. They really don't take away from the end product like they would in icecream.
I hope you like it :)
